I'm of two minds about this. On the one hand, I agree with you, from the perspective of just being curious as to what the rides are like. However, I also see that it would be a pain for the developer to go back and make recordings of himself or someone else being on those rides, especially if he expands the game to include more. However, I absolutely agree that sampling the food, using the toilets, and playing all the games should be available to try. The games, especially, because I have no clue what half of them ar, and would like to be able to play them to find out. On another note, though, I'm not sure that a park manager would really go on the rides anyway, so it might be unrealistic to add that as a feature.
