Hi Kelly.
Assuming it is the same as the Ios version, I believe it is the hammer or
the plyers you use with the torture chair and keys to get past that part.
all the puzzles like that in She noire work pretty much the same way, use
one object with another and get the right combination and it works so you
shouldn't have trouble finding the object.
I admit some of those puzzles annoyed me sinse you seemed to be using
objects that weren't either in the environment r your inventory which made
things a little confusing story wise, but hay the game was still fun.
Hth. Sorry I can't be more specific, I played through the game in two pretty
long sittings none stop so it's harder for me to remember specific puzzles,
especially sinse I don't think any got me stuck.

I've found all five keys in the Torture Chamber, and am now told I need to
use something to get them out of the door. Unfortunately, everything I try
either doesn't work, or gives me a "with" prompt, as in "use hammer
with..." Does anyone know how to get past this part?
