Thanks, glad you liked the entry, I admit I have rather been working my
fingers off on the db for the last few days so it's good when it helps.
As to interceptor, welll I personally am really looking forward to it and am
glad to hear the delay is due to continuous if protracted, ---- or should
that be pro tractored? development :D.
All the best,
Dark.
There is always more to know, more to see, more to learn. The world is vast
and wondrous strange and there are more things benieth the stars than even
the archmaesters of the citadel can dream.

Subject: [Audyssey] a big thank you to Dark for the tks entry on ag and a
note we are still puttering away on other games
Hi.
Thanks dark for your incredible description of Traders of Known Space that
just went up on audiogames.net. *hugs* that is awesome! Jeremy is
threatening to retire from his theoretical public relations job and hire
you instead, lol. Speaking of which, This is Aaron writing this message.
Also, might I take a minute to assure potential customers who might be
giving up on us because of the long delay that we are actually working on
the next title, haven't forgotten it. In fact, one of the major road
blocks we still faced is mostly integrated as of a couple days ago. I'm
sure it won't be released by Christmas time, but I could hopefully be safe
in speculating that we can get it all done with within the first quarter
of the year 2015. By the way, some of the delay is the fault of the
suggestions we got after the documentation for the game got popular.
*Ahem*. We were actually pretty much done with it when the documentation
was posted, but we got so much enthusiastic commenting and suggestions for
that game at the very time we released Traders of Known Space Jeremy
thought we'd better try to raise the hood and stick in a few more gems. At
the same time, one of the larger batches of code that I had put together
we decided to completely rebuild to work in a completely different way.
That result is the major road block. Am I sounding vague? Good!
We did pretty much let development come to a standstill over the summer
here though. Since as a farmboy I like to get outside and take part in
what ever agricultural activities we are engaged in around here, I find it
difficult to be in physical mode and mental toil mode at the same time.
Might also be that I'm just a tad bit too lazy to keep up with both at the
same time. I absolutely love standing on the running board of a tractor
that is essentially doing nothing more interesting than going in ever
tightening circles, making a lot of racket, and creating one of my
favorite smells, well burnt diesel *smile*. I never get tired of those
experiences. You'd think I would, its essentially boring after all.
Anyway back to games, I remain excited about our future games, Jeremy
remains enthusiastic when talking about them with me, things are
happening, and with a little luck, we will be able to wrap this monster up
and let it loose in a few hopefully short months.
Thanks all, oh and, don't forget to try out this new free game from a
strange company I've never heard of *wink* *wink*. Its called Traders of
Known Space, and can be had from
http://valiantGalaxy.com/tks
and delightfully, you can locate it via http://audiogames.net now!
Cheeeeerrsss!
Best regards:
