I thought from what I heard, the access on Windows Phone isn't so great when
it comes to third-party apps. I don't know anyone who has one because most
people go droid or iOS, so I haven't gotten to play with it before, but
that's what I heard on some demos of it. It worked good with what it came
with, but not so good with third-party apps.

its doubtfull ms will give a heck on the other hand with windows 10 able
to run some xbox stuff including streaming from the actual unit, and a few
other things like xbox xna engine running windows and xbox apps in the
same development platform does to point to some intigration.
weather that means access we don't know.
But if the windows phones are anything to go on, we do know their narator
works and they have good quality voices with their speech platform unified
synth.
So on a strictly technical point of view we are probably there allready.
