Hi Josh,

I'd say highly doubtful. While this AT Prime software may
revolutionize screen reading and be able to open up many inaccessible
applications I don't see it making that much of an impact on the
majority of games.

The reason is most applications, standard applications, have some sort
of controls like buttons, scrollbars, toolbars, editboxes, etc that
can be put into some sort of virtual buffer that a screen reader can
and will understand. Games on the other hand don't have any of that.
They are mostly a series of 2d and 3d graphics that can't be compared
to a control or be assigned to a textual representation since neither
your screen reader or AT Prime is likely to be equipped to translate
graphics into something accessible. It would require some form of
artificial intelligence to describe something as complex as a night
wearing armor, with a big sword, riding a big fire breathing dragon.
Screen readers and I suspect AT Prime aren't up to giving us that kind
of detailed feedback.

Cheers!
