Hello Dorothy, Welcome to the list. As far as which game you are talking about you didn't specify in your message which game you are talking about. It is impossible to answer your question when you don't tell anyone what game or games your asking about in the message itself.
As for muds probably the easiest one for a blind gamer to get started with is called Alter Aeon. Although, it isn't the only one out there to play.
