Hello Austin, There is no level 10 in Shades of Doom that I am aware of. After you shutdown the experiment with the Experiment Control Box, which you did by inserting the data wafers in the control box, the only thing left is to take the elevator to the roof and signal with the radio for someone to rescue you. So I'm not sure what you mean by a level 10.
