hey thanks for that. I just assumed that with windows8 and above i just
went in and slid the slider to 0 hit ok and its all disabled. but since
i disabled it further in security policy now it works like windows7
where i can modify espeak settings and stuff. and in the future if i
want to put in metro apps I can always go back in and turn it back on.
