Yes, I think so, though I'm not certain sinse I've not bought any of the
major craft skills or patterns yet.
Either way, check your craft skills and patterns as I remember that side of
the game is always fairly self explanetary.

To craft, first you need the materials, then you needd to buy the pattern,
then have enough skill. Go to a crafting area to buy patterns and craft
stuff, though equally note some patterns are available only in some
places.
For a list of patterns and what items/materials you need, check the
manual,
indeed this is why I haven't inished the market building sinse it requires
several sub builds and you need to buy the pattern for each as well as get
the materials which takes lots! of gold (patterns are pretty expensive).
