Hi Maureen, Yes, the 7-128 games will work with Windows 7 64-bit. They are compatible with most versions of Windows as far as I am aware of.
As far as the games go yes you need to buy the Perceptions Gamebook from 7-128 in order to play their games. Most of their games require the Gamebook to play. Unfortunately, the Perceptions Gamebook no longer has a demo and is not free which is likely the reason the Audiogames.net links do not work. Cheers!
