Hi Dark, Actually, I believe the ICANN shut the Bavisoft site down last year not 2012. In any case it makes little difference because as you say they were long since not a going concern by then. They wouldn't answer their e-mails, couldn't be contacted by phone, and were notoriously bad about not shipping orders for their games. So regardless of when they were shutdown they were pretty much done anyway.
