My strategies: *start with shotgun and pistol. *Save automatic weapons for later in the game. *Use your mines. They can nuke half the map at once if you get lucky later on. *Do not save health packs. There's nothing to be gained by leaving them in reserve. *When you get ultra fist insanity, only use your fists (they do more damage than everything else once you get the item)

How can I get more? Af a while, the enemies items and walking clash and I can't separate them. Also, while its a good thing that the autorifle which is my favorite weapon fires really fast, its also bad because your using too much ammo at once and then an enemy speeds down the map before you can reload.
