Hi Shane.

Well whomever wrote this definitely didn't know tom, or at least had their own agenda, I actually wonder if it was written by one of those religious zealot relatives he used to have trouble with being as it doesn't say much at all about him, his interests or his passions, (mentioning "attending churches" is a bit of a slap in the face).

I know there's not a lot to be done about it, but it does piss me off a little that this is how Jo public will hear of Tom Ward, some church attending ameter guitarist with the brains of a haddock who didn't question a thing in his life, not the highly intelligent, funny, philosophical man we all knew.

All the best,

Dark.

Which utter prat wrote this!
Tom was a rationalist, an Erudite and very well read man with a wide range of interests who could debate a huge number of topics and was generally quite pissed at the church (with reason in his case). It really gets on my nurves that this obituary was written by someone who planely didn't know him or at least didn't care to, not if they spent more time saying whom Tom shared genes with than what sort of a man he was, "Enjoyed writing computer programs" indeed!

All the best,

DArk.
