Yes, you can play the smugglers games with nvda, however apparently you need
the Nvda review curser, and also need the command to switch between windows.
There is a guide on audiogames.net in the articles room about how to do
this.

Apparently the game plays better with nvda than jaws, though not quite as
well as with supernova or window eyes.
