Yes and no. If you have 32 bit windows, you can technically run dos applications natively, although they most likely aren't gonna run well considering most of the games require a dos screenreader. 64bit is simply out of the question. I'd recommend using talking dosbox to play them. You'll get a real dos experience out of it, anyway.
