no, but most of these questions usually relate to real life scenarios, and you can't relate that to a real life scenario. a man condemned to death is not going to die if there are dead lions in the room. if it were real, the man could choose to go in the rooms with the lions in, that way he'd escape, which kind of defeats the object and contradicts the question.
