Personally, I've no complaints at all about Draconis service ----- especially sinse when I ordered a couple of their games, something went a litle splirky in the online shopping process. Even though Paypal had most deffinately sent the money, I got an "Order failed" notice.
However, after I mailed Draconis sales (attaching the paypal reciet of course), the problem was soon fixed and I got the unlock code pretty quickly. I admit Monkey business is challenging Damien, but I found Dyna man quite workable once I'd got my head around what was going on with the sounds and thus could start to construct mental maps. One technique I always find quite useful is instant passage turning. I'm pretty dreadful at remembering which passages have electrons down them and turning in time, so whenever I'm running down an already cleared passage and here the "Yum" sound, I quickly press end to stop moving, then press down arrow to turn around and the opposite direction I originally heard the "Yum" coming from to turn into the passage with the electrons, though doing this when you've got one of the sparks on your heels isn't a good idea. Altering the speed of dyna man was also something I found very helpful when I was getting used to the game. Hope this helps. Beware the Grue!
