Hi list, I've e-mailed the Draconis sales department concerning this same question but I thought maybe I could get an answer from here faster. A friend of mine just created a shop account using my data for the most part and purchased Sarah for me using his credit card. However, although he got a message about a successfully performed transaction from his bank and there were no errors when he submitted the order form, now, about 18 hours from the purchase, I still can't see it in my account. My order history says I have not yet made any purchases. So I just wanna make sure that nothing went wrong with the order, that it's just waiting for Josh to process it manually. I mean - do orders appear in the history only after they've been processed manually? I'm not complaining about the slowness of the process or anything (there must be loads of orders coming in these days), I just wanna make sure if it's normal that I can'T see the purchase yet.
