Sarah fears a dementor, so that's what it is to Sarah. The spell used to defeat this creature is different than the spell used to defeat a dementor. Think of it this way: I am not the only list member who has given you spoilers, and we all agree. What does that tell you? It should tell you that we might be right. It is not a dementor. It is a puzzle in the game that you have not figured out yet, that's all. Spoilers have been given.
