As for Arcana, yes you can use it to identify unidentified items. It's got to be at level 30 or higher. As for NVR, enchanted items are the only way to increase it, and they're fairly rare. Same goes for might and other stats like that. It ain't pretty when the pretty leaves you with no place to go. J.D.
