That IP should be right. The only thing I can think of is that you're behind a router or modem or so that has a built-in firewall. The solution is forwarding Top Speed's port to your local IP. Good Afternoon all, Please can any one help me. I am trying to host a game and have given what I think is my ip address to the other person, but when he tries to connect to me he can't find me, but if I play against him when he hosts a game it works like a dream. Please could any one tell me how I get my correct ip address, I got the ip address via searching for it on the internet and used a website called, http://www.whatismyip.com/. it gave me a number starting with 82, and thought this was my ip address, but am very doubtful due to the problems I am having. If any one could help me I would be most grateful.
