Well. There is a knew one that hasn't opened to players yet though there was an announcement about it on the miriani boards for those among us that were coders and wanted to help.
http://www.slipgatelegacy.com/ They are hoping to go to alpha play status and accept players farely soon. Though I think it will probably be a few months yet. Unless they really get some help over the summer.
