would it be possible for blind developers to develop blind friendly games
for the different video game consoles out there? That would be cool if you
could wipe the console's memory, put linux on it, and then blind developers
could make the console completely accessible and write blind friendly games
for playstation etcetera. Wjat you'd do is buy a playstation or whatever
insert your cd. the cd would wipe the memory and flash the game console with
linux and a linux screen reader. A menu would come up allowing you to play
an accessible game, watch a dvd whose menus would also talk kind of like the
context menus in power dvd, or play and navigate a cd. That would be cool.
Either that or instead of wiping the memory and re-flashing it, one could
add to it allowing you to switch between the normal sighted mode, or go into
linux and play blind-friendly games.
