Right, the first thing that comes up are the Wii channels, and if you have a disk loaded the very first item is the disk selection, if you click this, then you click start to go to it. Like I said, just get someone to walk you through the menus and take notes on your computer for future reference. You will have to get used to the sensitivity of the pointer, it requires some very steady hands. Good luck, Che
