Hi Nicol, That is interesting. When I baught my laptop and emailed BSC, and asked for a new key for the laptop I got a new one right away. Although, my situation was a bit different as soon as I put Vista on my desktop Troopenum wouldn't run so my laptop was the only place I could still play Troopenum. Anyway, it is my understanding BSC will issue up to four keys per physical year.
