Miriani is not a modern day mud it's scifi. Crummy scifi, but scifi nonetheless. Miriani sucks because basically the only things to do to get points are salvage until your ears bleed from listening to salvaging messages over and over and over ad nauseum, or do combat missions. Both things get very very boring after awhile. Not to mention other things which I will not say on list because they aren't very nice so I will keep those comments to myself lol Miriani is definitely not what you want unless you want a mud with a scifi feel where you do two things over and over and over to get points. No room for advancement, unless you call out of comms something to work for, but unlike star conquest, out of comms on miriani, at least the last time I played it, was not profitable at all. I haven't played it in months, so to be fair to the... Er, staff of miriani, things could have changed, but I highly doubt they have. I've said too much already. I'll step off my proverbial soap box now and return you to your regularly scheduled gaming. -Cary
