Hi. well, I've installed net framework 1.1 and am having exactly the same problem I had with the thing before. Namely, that during start up, on the blue screen before even the windows chime sound, everything just sticks and the only way around the problem is pressing ctrl alt delete then enter.
The good news is, that I have managed to register rale racer, however this really is a pest (it takes absolutely ages to start my computer up), so I'll have to do a system restore which will wipe out both net framework 1.1 and my registration of rale racer. does anyone have any suggestions? (I believe Thom ward said it was something to do with user accounts, but as I have no idea how these work, I'm stil fairly clueless). thanks in advance, Dark. _______________________________________________ Gamers mailing list ..
