Hi Nicol, Well, about mid November is my hoped release date for Monty, but there is no promises. I definately want to release the game just in time for the Christmas buying season. As for burning ropes they are typical burning ropes that have fire at the end of them. Over time the ropes get shorter and shorter. Your goal is to climb up or down one of these burning ropes to get to a new area of the temple without getting burned by the rope. If you get burned you will lose health points. However, the burning ropes don't appear until much later in the game so you won't be seeing them in the summer demo. In addition there are other traps and dangers that won't be in the demo, but will appear in the full release. Cheers.
