Hi Che, Simply put it is a raw deal. As for going back on the contract I can't and won't do that. However, the games and customers got a better deal of this than I did. By the way, just a correction the prepaid customers paid around $38 to $40 for there prepaid copies, and the full release was suppose to be $45. So if I lower the price they didn't loose as much as you think. Probably about $5.00 which isn't that bad.
