Hello,
I realize this game is not playable currently without sighted assistance.
However, it is so remarkable that I felt an urge to mention it. Let me stress
that this game isn't one you can do anything with on your own--yet. I've
emailed the developer about it and he seems quite receptive.
There is absolutely no reason you couldn't have sighted help with this game,
though--and this is the remarkable part.
The basic premise of this game is that you are in charge of a colony of dwarves
setting up a new home. You're supposed to make the place as liveable as
possible--create sources of food, dig out shelter for the dwarves, defend it
from invasions. The game is extremely open-ended, and the attention to detail
is remarkable. There are many stories of things that have happened in the game
which are both amusing and strangely heart-warming. The AI is great. Best of
all, the game itself is free.
To give you a taste of what's possible in this game, I'll give the URL for the
stories page of the game's wiki as well as the game homepage itself. All of
you who have sighted friends and love strategy games should check this out.

The game homepage is:

All of yu with sighted friends and some time, feel free. I'd love to hear how
it goes! All you people more programming-literate than myself feel free to
email the dev and make suggestions about accessibility.
Have fun,
Zack.
