Yeah, you might try that, but uninstall anything that has to do with Sapi before. If that doesn't help, just look for your Microsoft Windows XP or whatever version of the system you have CD, find setup.exe there in the root directory (hope that hasn't changed since 98, as I don't have the XP disk myself) and launch the installation. It shouldn't be that difficult and annoying. Try reinstalling Sapi once again after the system reinstall, and it could fix your issues.
