You were right Che. Deleting the Config.xml file took care of the problem. It's just a good thing I had the sense to back up my player settings to the web at one point. That means I don't have quite as far to go to get back to class 6. I've already found those two new sounds from V1.1 helpful in building up speed more quickly, and I can definitely see where they'd help in passing through forcefields It ain't pretty when the pretty leaves you with no place to go.
