I'm working with another accessible games developer on this very issue. 
he has a dll library which has an ogg style compression, and some 
encryption for the sounds. Once I get more info on it, and if it works 
with my games I'll use that. If not I'll probably compress the sounds 
and run them through MS Direct Show using a modified mp3 format.
