Hi Nicol,
The reason that I have not made it so that you could name your pitch in batting
practice is exactly the reason that Charles stated. You know not knowing what
pitch is more like what you face in the game, so it is better practice. I may
though have it so that you can pick random or select the pitch mode. I should
tell you that the fast ball gives me the most problems as well. But some of
the other pitches that change speed get me swinging and missing as well.
