Hiya,
The help file is an old-style Windows help file. The best way to access it is
using the tab key to move among the topics in the index and pressing enter on
each one if you want to hear it. this is a far less workable solution from the
current CHM standard, or even Windows 95 HLP files. I personally have never
used Jaws, but I use Window-Eyes quite extensively and this method works for
me.
