I know this is going to sound like a dumb question..
but here goes.
When I get a blacksmith going in Sound RTS..
and I choose to upgrade armour or arrows..
or swords, is the upgrade immediate?
Are all the troops I currently have getting this upgrade or only troops created
after the upgrade kicks in?
