Not really.  The Mobile Speak list is set up that way, same as the GW Micro
list.  You would have to have the addresses of the list in your address
book.  If you wanted your replies to go to the list as well as the sender,
you just press ctrl+shift+r and it's sent to both parties.  You can always
snip out the address in the headers of each message coming from the group as
well.
