Hi Talksina, Ok, well at least we know the proper files are installed. This has to be some weird configuration error. Try reinstalling DirectX using Microsoft's web setup utility found on http://www.microsoft.com/directx Sometimes that setup finds missing files and fixes a broken DirectX install. I'm just shooting in the dark hear as I really don't know why you are getting this error.
