I think that posting the guidelines once a week would be too often.  For me, 
once a month is probably the best.  New members get a copy when they join, 
so they can't say they haven't gotten them.  Another thought is to maybe use 
the subject line of "list guidelines" if they have not been modified and the 
subject line of "revised list guidelines' if they have.  In this way, those 
of us who have read them before can skip the post knowing that it is a 
reRun, so to speak.  If we see "revised guidelines", we know to check for 
modifications.  Thanks.
