Not really. It gets old after a while, levelling is horrible, its hard to find areas and the environmental effects can destroy you as a newbie. Not to mension equipment deterieration makes the game hard to play if you come back after like a month off or so, because then you spend half your life trying to recollect all of this awesome equipment.
