There are two new directories. The pack directory is loaded after the sounds directory if you have chosen to use the sound pack in the options menu. To update the sound pack you can rewrite the pack directory or the sounds directory.
The buildvoices directory contains a tool to record SAPI 5 voices and to translate the game.
