As I just said in my prier post. Visual Basic 2005's VB 6 to VB 2005 
conversion program is only so so. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it 
doesn't work worth a ratts tail.
It all really depends on how complex the conversion needs to be, and how 
much the dependancies have changed. Not only that while the conversion 
tool will do it's best to make your converted program compile and run it 
won't necessarily make the app conform to .Net programming standards or 
switch your sstructured code magically into best oop practice.
If this was a real programming project, rather than a simple guess the 
numbers game, there would still be allot of hand modification involved 
to fully convert the app over to a true .Net application.
