Hi Kary, The sound pack was made for an older version of Sound RTS which used wav files. Later/newer versions of Sound RTS use ogg files. If you want to use the sound pack on the latest Sound RTS you should be able to use Gold Wave or Sound Forge to convert them to ogg with no problem. Then, just drop them in.
