Hi, ACE Games could host it, putting a FTP Quota (size limit, E.G. only 50 megs of files can be put on that ftp account), and there could be a couple moderator accounts, that can remove, copy, paiste, rename, edit, and of course upload. The mods, would have to be people that are responcible, and that would log on to the server at least every day.
