Hi Jim and Elizabeth, Just for your information after pressing enter on run as administrator one of two things will happen based on your level of access and user rights. If you are logged in as an administrator Vista will ask you to press the continue or cancel button to actually do the install. If you are a standard non-administrator account Vista will prompt you for the administrator's password to continue the install. Unlike in previous versions of Windows even administrator accounts don't have full super user rights, and run as standard users and the acount must be elivated to do things like global system settings, installations, etc... The server version of Vista, ""Windows Server 2008," allows the way administrator rights are controlled through the security polacy manager, "secpol," but it doesn't ship with the home versions of Vista unfortunately.
