Hi, I have good news. The sega emulator called ages is accessible with screen readers. The members area of rom-world.com is down so I can't sign up and get roms from there but I found a torrent where I can get a lot of roms from. they have a football game and hockey and a bunch of others including mortal combat for sega cd.
