Just go to http://www.rsgames.co.nr/
Go to the "shoot da me download" page, and then, if you haven't got 7zip, win ra or gsomething else that can cope with Ra archives, go to one of the "Download zip archive" links. Find the file on that page (it'll be called shoot Da me public beta 1 zip), and download it. then, either right click the file, or use the application key and select "Extract" to unzip the folder, and you'll be left with a folder called "shoot da me public beta 1" and you have it!
