Hi phil and folks First of all apologies for my mixed up harry potter message. I was under the impression that a lot of the folks on the list are harry potter fans because there was a lengthy harry potter thread long ago on list,, that is why I was trying to convince the mods to consider harry potter discussions on list, but now that I know that some folks doesn't like harry potter, now I realize its not agood thing to discuss harry potter on the list. For in case something in this message might give something away. S P O I L E r Phil, as I said before, I want to win the sarah game on easy and then on standard and then on hard. But at this stage while I'm waiting for the patch, there is bugs in the game that makes it impossible for me to finish the game on easy, such as the fact that I can't use all my patronous charms. So while waiting for the patch, I was curious how the dementors would act on the hard difficulty level. So I started a game on hard and I went down to the basement, I heard a dementor, I heard sarah saying: dementor when I pressed d but then I noticed something strange. The dementor doesn't move, it stays in one place. I've tried the ridiculous spell, it works. As far as I understand the harry potter books, only the boggart in the staff room stays in one place, the real dementor moves and attacks. The ridiculous spell shouldn't work on the real dementor, only the patronous charm. Am I right? I was expecting the dementor to get closer to sarah, but it just stays in one place. Is this suppose to happen or is this a bug? Phil;, you said that one of the creatures that stalks the corridors when playing on hard is a real nightmare, what is that creature? Is it the dementor or something else? Its not my intention to ask for spoilers, I do want to find the adventure in the game, but I can't remember reading about a creature in the books that was a nightmare to harry and his friends, so I guess the dementor is the nightmare in the sweet shop? Phil, you said that on standard the caretaker stays 10 minutes in his office and on hard 5 minutes, how long does he stay in his office on easy? Which sound did you use for the dementor?
