If you've got the latest working version of Klango, you can either just start haunted factory from the mithril games shortcut in the programs menue, or start Klango, go to "choose the game" and open it that way.
As for getting hold of Haunted factory, if I remember rightly, once you buy the game, they Email you a link where you can download the setup file for the full version. Hth.
