Hi Mark, I think going by nation is extremely unbalanced. I have seen USA, Canada, South Africa, England etc on the on line play, and I don't show they could be formed into teams. It might be better to create three or four teams and mix the different nationalities and skills into those teams. Dividing skills could be troublesome. There are some racers on there who are championship quality while others, like myself, are not that good yet. So to be fair the championship racers would have to compete against each other while those with beginner to intermediate skills would compete with each other.
